Where we're not

We don't have a phone line, a Discord server, or an active Twitter/X presence. Our support channel is email. Our community channel is the Home Assistant forums and the r/homeassistant subreddit — both of which have been excellent resources for over a decade.

If someone claiming to be from HOMI contacts you over SMS, Discord, or social media asking for payment or login info, it's not us. Report it to support@homi.prizmox.com.
